Tour Notes 

VPAC

KDC students expressed that they wanted a AC room with mirrors to use as dance studio, that can be rented out by students
Storage room needed in VPAC so we don’t have to move instruments from A3 to here 
We cannot expand to RSS bc heating plant, but parking lot expansion is a possibility. There is a fire road in the back 
Classroom used for art history, lighting needs to be better. Whiteboard needs to be moved down 

RSS

bookstore is being vacated to somewhere else, financial aid + health services can be moved to bookstore location
Possibility of moving arts into RSS and new building for student services + classrooms 
Brought up possibility of moving health services/psych services into Baldwin Winery

Campus Center 

health services needs to be expanded, multiple nurses sharing the same office 
OCL needs new and bigger office space 

Sunken Garden Fountain Sculpture

Talked about potential to remove fountain, as it’s currently unfunctional and will not be fixed.
Talked about the potential to put more “open air” in place of fountain, connecting sunken garden into the new building

A-Quad

Daniel can talk more on this, classrooms that need to be updated, outdated kiln, etc.
