Biography
I have a broad and deep love of philosophy. Some of my particular passions are the history of philosophy (especially modern German philosophy), ethics, moral psychology, philosophy of emotion, aesthetics, and political philosophy. I enjoy having classes that are active, discussion-oriented, and in which students feel that the issues we are engaging with really matter.

Biography
Javy. W. Galindo has an eclectic teaching background that includes having instructed courses in philosophy, psychology, statistics, creative thinking, and even music. He enjoys incorporating humor, film, games, and various other teaching tools in class when possible. Additionally, Javy has a diverse educational background that consists of a master's degree specializing in East/West Philosophy and Religion from John F. Kennedy University, and both a master's and bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego. Javy is most well-known for being the author of The Power of Thinking Differently: An imaginative guide to creativity, change, and the discovery of new ideas.
